Units X-26 and X-52- known as the Dragons are 38 MBTU diesel fired trailer mounted self-contained frac water heating systems. Xtreme recommends this type of unit when customers want to heat more rapidly and/or minimize overheating and reheating. They are the most efficient diesel burning heaters Xtreme offers. Users have reported the Dragon unit heats in about 2/3 of the time required for a similar sized propane fired heater. They can heat a pond at 3.8 m3 per minute with a 65 degree differential. The Dragons are equipped with a T & E gear pump to establish circulation from above ground or low lying ponds. These units are also capable of heating multiple tanks at once with no shut down time. It is a favorite for many of our customers. X-26 is fully automated with touch screen PLC controls. We have the ability to record all heating information which can be downloaded to USB to ensure accurate data and information for our customers.
