Xtreme Hot Oil & Pressure Services operates tandem and tridem Kenworth hot oil units out of our shop in Hinton, Alberta. We perform hot oiling, pressure pumping, tank heating, pipeline flushing, de-waxing and testing as well as acid and ethanol pumping. Xtreme hot oiler units are capable of delivering rates from 50 to 1000 LPM, with a temperature range of up to 120 degrees and pressure capabilities of up to 69 MPA.

Xtremeʼs burners range from 3.5 million BTU to 7 million BTU. Our 6k units carry 110 feet of certified 1” iron and 80 feet of 6k hose, while our 10k units carry 100 feet of certified 2” inch 1502 iron and 80 feet of 1 inch 5k hose. Also available is half inch 103 MPA hose with 1502-2 inch ends for BOP testing or any other low rate high pressure application.

Xtreme hot oiler units are configured with 3,000 to 4,500 litre fuel compartments, a 5,500 litre hauling compartment, that is sour-sealed, and a third compartment for methanol or other fluid products.
