X-22

X-22 is a multi purpose pumping unit capable of pumping acid, frac oil, methanol, glycol and water with three different high pressure pumps. These three pumps are capable of pumping 3000, 5000 and 15,000 psi and up to 250 lpm.

X-22 specializes in pressure testing BOPs, wellheads, pipelines, completion projects and drilling applications. All high pressure acid hoses and fittings are certified and tested to regulation standards.

X-22 unit has a two compartment fiberglass no corrode tank that holds 8m3 each. This is ideal for hauling acid in one compartment and other fluids in the second compartment. The climate controlled cab is equipped with the latest data recording technology. Pressure, flow meter rates, fluid temperatures and times can be recorded to on-board computers. This unit has the ability to chart out, print off and thumb drive information on location.

    PUMPERS

Xtreme Hot Oil and Pressure Services are capable of pumping pressures of up to 10,000 PSI. There are two units in the fleet that are capable of 15,000 PSI. Xtreme pumpers carry 140 ft. of certified 2” 1502 iron, hamer valves and check valves which are rated at 15,000 PSI. Pumpers are all equipped with 80 ft. (1”) 5000 PSI hose for lower rate/lower pressure jobs. The work tank can carry up to 5,500 litres and has a second compartment for carrying up to 2,200 litres of methanol or other fluid products. Our pumpers are acid rated and carry a wide variety of stainless steel fittings and well-head flanges.

Fluid pumpers have the ability to pump through 15K iron and can control 5K hose pressure at the same time, which is ideal for holding casing pressure steady while pumping through tubing at high pressure. Each climate controlled cab at Xtreme is equipped with the latest data recording technology. All pumping pressures, flow metre rates, fluid temperatures and combined rates for multi-pumper jobs can be recorded to on-board computers. We have the ability to chart out, print off, thumb drive or e-mail information on location. All Xtreme units were designed with serviceability in mind.
